Oil Field SafetyTraining

Policies on safety have vastly improved from what they once were in the oil fields. MBI strives to keep its employees as safe as possible by paying by the hour and not by the load or mile. Our goal of 100% DOT compliance and safe driver operation are keys to keeping our employees and trucks safe in the oil field.
Safety training begins with our six day classroom safety orientation and continues by providing MBI new hires up to a month of on the job training. Our training program is second to none. All MBI new hires are trained in MBI rules and procedures, DOT compliance, OSHA 10 Hour, H2s, safety and first aid. During the six days of orientation new hires are also issued and trained in the proper use of the required PPE.
After the classroom orientation new hires will go to their location and be paired up with an on the job trainer. The time of training needed varies according to the trainees experience and may last as long as a month. MBI does not let new hires out on their own until tested out and both new hire and trainer are confident in the new hire understanding and safely performing their job tasks. Anyone affiliated with MBI, contractors included, are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, professional manner. Employees and contractors are expected to follow all MBI customer rules and regulations, MBI rules and procedures and DOT rules and regulations.
