Experience:

Trey has more than 30 years of professional experience in publicly-traded exploration & production and oilfield service companies.  He has led operations and business development for oilfield service lines including rig & coiled tubing services, fishing, rentals, and fluid management.  Trey was most recently COO of Key Energy Services, Inc.

Craig Halsey

Senior VP, Business Operations

Current Role:

Oversees Fluid Management & Logistics Operations, as well as Business Operations including: Human Resources, Corporate Communication, Training, IT, Project Management, Enterprise Systems, Client Services, Procurement, and Back Office Operations.

 

Experience:

Prior to joining MBI, Craig held positions as Managing Director of Worldwide Managed Services at Hewlett Packard (HP), Vice President of Business Development at Lockheed Martin.  Also co-founded and managed CJ2 Consulting for 8 years.

Robert Borne

Senior VP, Wireline, Water Transfer, Crane Services, Business Development

Current Role:

Oversees all aspects of Wireline, Water Transfer, and Crane Services as well as Corporate Business Development for all of MBI Energy Services.

 

Experience:

Joined MBI after serving in multiple leadership positions at Schlumberger, including as charter member of their Unconventional Completions (UCC) group and as operation manager of the UCC wireline pumpdown perforating team for the Northern Region of North America.  Robert has more than 15 years of wireline experience, including field engineering, technical sales, and operations management.

Eric Mettler

VP, Finance & Accounting

Current Role:

Oversees Finance & Accounting for MBI including Financial Reporting, Treasury & Bank Compliance, Payroll, and Accounts Payable.

 

Experience:

Eric has nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of financial/accounting leadership roles, including time in public accounting and controller of multi-divisional manufacturing company.

Greg Burbach

VP, Well Services

Current Role:

Leads the Well Services group which includes a fleet of 23 Oil and Gas well servicing rigs, four swab rigs, ancillary rental equipment, oil tools division, fishing and rentals division, and a well site consulting group.

 

Experience:

Greg has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas service sector, primarily in well servicing lines of business. Tenure includes all facets of the business, including 10 years leading safety initiatives; leadership program development; regulatory compliance; and operational leadership.

Todd Wren

VP, Fluid Management & Logistics

Current Role:

Oversees Fluid Management & Logistics, which includes: contract relations, dispatch logistics, oil trucking, water trucking, waste management, hot oil, water transfer, rentals and service centers.

 

Experience:

Todd has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including holding key regional management positions for a national service provider in the Rocky Mountain and Mid Continent regions.

Kjersti Armstrong

VP & General Counsel

Current Role:

Responsible for legal management and compliance and oversees board governance and corporate records.

 

Experience:

Kjersti has law degrees from the University of Oslo and the University of North Dakota. She has over 10 years of legal experience from both public and private sector.
